 E‐Donation Promotion Scheme

Various QR-Code payment methods offered by Bank of China (Hong Kong) have been put into service on the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council's online donation platform, providing donors with more convenient ways for making donation.

To benefit more disadvantaged people, the Welfare Council has joined the BoC (HK) E‐Donation Promotion Scheme. From 1st November to 31st December 2021, once the donor makes donation by using BoC Pay, UnionPay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay or FPS on this online donation platform, BoC Credit Card (International) Limited (1) will additionally sponsor half of the total donation to the Welfare Council(2). For instance, if you donate HK$100, BoC Credit Card will additionally sponsor HK$100 to top-up the total amount of donation.

Remarks

1. The maximum amount of additional sponsor is limited to HK$100,000.
2. BOC Credit Card (International) Limited is a subsidiary of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.

*Official receipts will be issued for donations over HK$100, which are tax deductible in Hong Kong.
