To respond promptly to the various problems arising from social changes, H.K.S.K.H. Welfare Council provides government-funded services and actively develops non-government-funded services and assistance funds to fill the service gaps. Since 2015, the Council has been organising charity raffle fundraising activities for 5 consecutive years, raising an average of over $4 million annually to sustain the development of diversified and quality services and provide various forms of subsidies to the disadvantaged groups, including services for students with special educational needs, the S.K.H. Stroke Rehabilitation Charity Fund and emergency support for families in need.
